How can I place an order?

What payment options do you accept?

We accept credit/debit cards, internet banking, PayPal (our banking details will be sent to you with order confirmation.

 

How do I know what is happening with my order?

Once your order has been placed we will send you an email or text confirming your order details. Once we dispatch your order we will send you an email with a tracking reference so you can track the progress of your delivery via our courier website.

 

Will an invoice or receipt be sent with my order?

As this is a gift from you no invoice will be sent with your order only your personalised gift message on your card. If you yourself would like a gst invoice please email julennebuckley@hotmail.co.nz and I can provide you with one.

 

Can I change or cancel my order?

Yes as long as we haven’t dispatched your order, just give us a ring or send us an email stating the order reference and as to whether you wish to change or cancel your order.

 

A product in the gift set out of stock?

If for any reason a product included in this gift become unavailable or out of stock we promise to replace it with another item of equal value.

You can enter your gift card message at the checkout there is a designated box for you to write your message.

How do I know if you have received my order?

After you have placed your order you will receive a confirmation email or text if you choose this option at checkout.

 

Can I select a specific delivery date for gift to be delivered?

You most certainly can, please add this at checkout, please make sure you have read the deliveries page to ensure your gift can be delivered on the specified date. Please note that while every effort will be made to deliver your gift on the specified date there are sometimes unforeseen circumstances that occur with our third party delivery providers that can delay delivery of your gift and are outside of our control.

 

I would like to order several gifts sent to different address?

The best options is to make individual order as required for each gift set you will be able to add, each individual personal messages to your orders. 

If you want multiple gift boxes sent to one address but want different personal messages?

Please email us and we can arrange that for you. 

If any items are damaged on arrival?

When the gift basket leave our premises they are packages well and undamaged so if any damage occurs in transit please deal with our third party delivery services.
